Get to Know Paige Taylor

In this Therapist Spotlight, we'd like to introduce you to Paige Taylor (she/they), LSW. Paige is a queer and neurodivergent identified psychotherapist.

Paige works primarily with women and LGBTQIA+ folks to help them move beyond living in survival mode and find purpose in their lives. She helps clients with issues such as life transitions, perfectionism, trauma/PTSD, depression, anxiety, and relationship issues.

Paige was drawn to the field of social work due to her own journey with mental illness and therapy. These experiences have helped her grow in empathy and understanding for her clients.

Paige utilizes elements of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, as well as art and movement in her work with clients. She enjoys creating a tailored approach alongside each client to find what works best for them.
Outside of work, Paige enjoys cross-stitch, baking, going on bike rides, reading fantasy books, and trying new food.
