Acorn Psychotherapy

Hi! I’m Rosa

I am a Licensed Social Worker, and I completed my Master of Social Work degree at the University of Pennsylvania and received my bachelor’s degree in Biology-Psychology from Immaculata University. I have training in psychodynamic therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and internal family systems and understand individuals from an attachment-based and trauma-informed lens.

A little about me:

I enjoy hiking and spending time outside.

I love to cook and bake.

I am a mom to a 1-year-old.

Therapy has been a deeply healing part of my own journey.

My goal is to create a safe environment for clients to explore thoughts, feelings, and experiences, without judgement. I work collaboratively with clients to address a range of issues such as anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relationship difficulties, motherhood challenges, and trauma responses.
