We schedule your first virtual appointment! You will receive an email including a link to complete intake forms before your first meeting. This will help your therapist learn a little more about you and your history.

You begin meeting online with your therapist! Together with your therapist, you will safely explore and care for your thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and experiences to cultivate balance, peace, and joy in your life.
