Policies:

  1. All services are offered virtually via SimplePractice, a HIPAA compliant telehealth platform.

  2. Sessions will last 50 minutes in duration unless otherwise agreed upon.

  3. Please cancel sessions at least 24 hours in advance. You will be responsible for the full session fee if cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before your scheduled session time.

  4. Your information is confidential and is protected by law. The only exception to this confidentiality protection is if there is suspected child abuse/neglect or physical harm to self &/or others.

  5. We are out-of-network providers so we do not accept insurance. Rachel Longer’s rate per session is $175. Clara Peretz’s rate per session is $175. Rosa D’Antonio’s rate per session is $135. Paige Taylor’s rate per session is $135. All therapists offer sliding scale options. Please ask your therapist about sliding scale availability. If requested, we can provide you with a monthly billing statement for you to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.
